WHY YOU SHOULD REVIEW YOUR YEAR

We all know that 2020 came in like a wrecking ball. As my best friend would say, I do try to find the positive and the message in it all. I mean we have to learn something from it, right?

WHY YOU SHOULD REVIEW YOUR YEAR

  • I find that looking back throughout the year helps you relish in your achievements.

  • It will also allow you to learn from your lessons throughout the year and pivot for the new year.

  • An easy way to track your wins and lessons throughout the year is to jot down in your planner (notebook or digital device) monthly your wins and lessons.

  • What I enjoy most about yearly reviews is that it allows me to see what I accomplished and how I can set new goals for myself in the upcoming year.
